Kate is a Director and Head of the Children Law Team. She represents parents and children in both public and private Children Act proceedings. Kate holds the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation, enabling her to act on behalf of children through their court-appointed guardians and parents involved in care proceedings.
She has experience of representing children and parents in complex cases involving jurisdictional issues, sex abuse and non-accidental injury.
