Clare is a Senior Associate and the Head of our Property Team.
She re-joined Watkins & Gunn in May 2019 after taking her initial steps on the legal ladder with the firm 15 years prior. After completing her Law Degree in 2004 Clare become a qualified member of the institute of Legal Executives in 2005 and achieved Fellowship status in 2012.
Clare has worked exclusively within the field of Conveyancing throughout her career and has developed an extensive level of knowledge and experience in the process.
She specialises in the following: –
- Sale and Purchase of freehold and leasehold property, including new build and shared ownership property.
- Transfers of equity.
- Lease Extensions.
- Equity Release.
- First Registration of Unregistered Property & Reconstitution of Title where title deeds are lost or destroyed.
- Declarations of Trust.
