Jenni joined Watkins & Gunn in 2012 and qualified as a lawyer in 2016. Over the years, she has built a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail, strategic thinking, and commitment to client service.
In 2023, Jenni was appointed as the firm’s Operations Manager. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the firm’s strategic operations. Jenni sits on the firm’s Executive Board and works closely with the Directors to develop and drive forward firm-wide and departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of the firm’s strategic plans. Her creativity and innovative approach are central to her focus on streamlining operations and enhancing the delivery of services across the firm.
Before moving into operations, Jenni was a key member of the firm’s Family Law team, specialising in divorce and matrimonial finance; dealing with complex, high net worth cases.
Jenni’s unique blend of legal expertise and operational acumen enables her to deliver practical solutions that benefit both clients and colleagues. She remains passionate about driving continuous improvement and supporting the firm’s ongoing growth and success.
